Presented by Manulife, the July event is a candid and constructive deep dive into Waterloo Regional Health Network’s first attempt to co-develop and implement an AI tool to support general internal medicine — a project that, while ultimately not sustained, played a pivotal role in shaping our current AI readiness and strategy.

This session is for anyone interested in learning from failure, navigating complexity and building the foundations for sustainable innovation. Open to all WRHN team members, University of Waterloo staff, faculty and partners.

In this online presentation, Courtney Wilson, MScFN RD (she/her) will dive into all things nutrition, menstruation, and hormones. We will look at how the phases of the menstrual cycle can impact physical symptoms, intake patterns, and nutrient needs and chat about strategies to support these needs. There will be time for a Q&A to ensure all your burning questions are answered.
