Applied Health Sciences (AHS) Computing is responsible for providing and supporting a variety of services for staff, faculty, and students, including the following:
AHS Computing has many responsibilities with regards to computing. Responsibilities include maintaining the undergraduate computer labs and graduate computer labs, as well as deploying lab software. AHS Computing also provides NEXUS accounts for students. NEXUS accounts include a roaming profile, an email account, and personal filespace.
Several rooms are equipped with NEXUS workstations and permanent projectors. There are also several portable projectors available for use by faculty, staff, and graduate students.
AHS Computing has a Canon Powershot G9 available for use by staff, faculty, and grad students.
The undergraduate computer lab in B.C Matthews Hall (BMH) 2324 has a scanner available for student use.
Periodically, AHS Computing offers seminars for students on various computing topics. Suggestions are welcome.
