Dr. James Downey, the founding Director of WatCACE, has been president of three Canadian universities: Carleton University, University of New Brunswick, and the University of Waterloo. He has also served as Chair of the Council of Ontario Universities; Chair of the Association of Commonwealth Universities; and Chair of the Board of Governors of the Royal Military College of Canada.
Dr. Maureen Drysdale is an Associate Professor, Department of Psychology, St. Jerome's University/University of Waterloo. She specializes in developmental and education psychology.
Bruce Lumsden served as Director of the Co-operative Education & Career Services department at the University of Waterloo for eleven years following senior management positions in distance education and undergraduate admissions.
Dr. Carolyn MacGregor is an Associate Professor in Systems Design Engineering and the Director of Professional Development for Engineering Students (PDEng) at the University of Waterloo.
Dr. Patricia M. Rowe is a Professor Emerita in the Department of Psychology and former Dean of Graduate Studies at the University of Waterloo, with research interests in the selection interview and the role of co-op work experience in selection, subsequent performance on the job, and on the early careers of new graduates.
