This concentration geared towards the conflict and dispute management needs of project and contract managers in the construction industry.
Description
Disputes are very common and can be considered the norm in today's construction environment. Be prepared! You can learn how to avoid disputes, and if this is not possible, to mitigate the impact and, in the final analysis, resolve disputes and claims during the life cycle of a construction project.
