Certificate in Conflict Management and Congregational Leadership

- The Conflict Management for Congregational Leadership (CMCL) workshops are offered by Conrad Grebel University College and Associates Resourcing the Church (ARC).
- The workshops are offered inter-denominationally.
- Workshops may be attended individually for personal interest or used towards a Certificate in Conflict Management and Congregational Leadership.
- Bursaries available to Conflict Management for Congregational Leadership participants for workshops over $250.00. Please email ARC to inquire about bursaries available.
Requirements
A minimum of 112 hours of instruction including 4 core workshops (56 hours) and an additional 56 hours including a minimum of 28 hours of Conflict Management for Congregational Leadership workshops.

- Understanding Conflict II: Coaching and Assessing Conflict Situations (2 days, 14 hours)
- Leading the Church Through Times of Conflict and Change (2 days, 14 hours)
- Biblical & Theological Perspectives on Conflict Resolution (2 days, 14 hours)

- Peacemaking Circles Training (4 days)
- Transformative Mediation (4 days; 28 hours)

- Visit the 2011/2012 CMCL workshops and seminar topics.
