Program

Workshops are open to the public. One or more workshops may be taken for interest only. We also offer customized onsite training.

To obtain a Certificate in Conflict Management, participants complete the required workshops and electives in one of three concentrations:

• Conflict Management and Mediation
• Conflict Management for Congregational Leadership
• Conflict and Dispute Management for Project Managers

Some workshops overlap among concentrations. As a result, those workshops can be used towards the completion of each Certificate. Workshops can be taken in any order to tailor a program that meets your individual needs and interests, keeping in mind that some workshops have prerequisites or recommendations.
