Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention

This 8 week class is designed to help you:

Develop awareness triggers and cravings and learn new ways to respond rather than react to them. Learn how to tolerate discomfort and practice skills for relating to challenging emotional and physical experiences. Engage a mindful approach toward yourself and your experiences and learn tools that support long-term recovery.

Mindfulness Meditation Practice: Deepening your Skills

This is open to students, staff and faculty who have attended one of our mindfulness-based workshops, and want continued guidance to deepen and build your practice.
