Attending a workshop at Counselling Services can be one of the best ways to enhance your personal success at the University of Waterloo.

We have many workshops to assist you in areas including:

  • managing your mood
  • procrastination 
  • mindfulness for wellness and health
  • depression
  • coping skills

Please Note: A materials fee applies for many workshops. We want to make sure that everyone who wants to, can attend. If cost is a concern, please let us know privately when you register for the workshop.
