Waterloo Engineering alumni curling bonspiel

Come for a great day of curling withCurling stones on playing sheet of ice fellow engineering classmates. Singles, couples and teams (of 4 people) are welcome as are beginners, intermediate and advanced level players. Register early as space is limited to 40 people! *SOLD OUT*

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: High Park Curling Club, 100 Indian Road, Toronto, ON
Cost: $49.00 per person (includes curling, light breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks; prizes); cash bar available; *price includes HST)

9:30 a.m. Optional "beginner clinic" starts (please arrive early!)
10:30 a.m. Game 1 Start Time

3:30 p.m. Awards and Door Prizes

High Park Club rules and regulations

Players must comply with the rules of the Club and will all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations at all times during their games. In the interest of the safety of all curlers and the protection of ice facilities, these rules must be followed:
1. Players must bring clean indoor shoes or curling shoes.
2. Time slots must be met. Teams may not go over their allotted time.
3. Absolutely no alcohol or drinks (except water) are permitted in ice area. No outside alcohol will be brought into the Club at any time.
4. Do not allow rocks to slide uncontrolled.
5. Do not slam brushes on the ice.
6. Do not leave hands, knees or body parts on the ice for more than a few seconds.
7. Do not touch any ice making equipment along the sideboards.
8. After curling, leave rocks on the same sheet they started, at the home (glass) end.
9. Avoid having rocks hit the hack.
