How to apply
All CEGEP students submit their applications through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre.
As a CEGEP student, all grades will be sent electronically by your school. Check out our admissions timeline and deadlines page.
Course requirements
CEGEP students must complete the following courses for admission:
- Secondary V Chemistry (Grade 11 Chemistry)
- Calculus I
- 2 of English 603 or 604 series
- Mechanics
1 of the following:
- Electricity & Magnetism
- Waves, Optics & Modern Physics
- Chemistry I
1 of the following:
- Linear Algebra
- Calculus II
A minimum final grade of 70% is required in each of these courses. All of the above courses will be used in the calculation of your admission average.
General requirements
- One year of CEGEP with a minimum of 12 semestered academic courses
- Note that Chemistry I and II may also be referred to as General Chemistry and Chemstry of Solutions
- Transfer credit information for CEGEP students
Other requirements
All applicants to engineering programs will be asked to submit a personal profile, called the Admission Information Form (AIF).
Applicants to Software Engineering are also required to have experience developing well-structured, modular programs. Learn more about our required programming experience.
