How to apply
All Canadian high school students submit their applications through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre website.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all supporting documents, including transcripts with mid-term or predicted grades, are submitted by the stated deadlines. Some schools may be equipped to transmit grades electronically, and others may require the submission of hard copy documents by mail. Please consult with your guidance office for more details.

Course requirements
Canadian students must complete five, or six senior-level academic subjects to be eligible for admission. Specific courses vary by province, but must include the following senior subjects:
- Mathematics, Algebra or Pre-Calculus
- Calculus
- Chemistry
- Physics
- English

A minimum final grade of 70% is required in each of these courses. Learn more about the calculation of admission averages.
Other requirements
All applicants to engineering programs will be asked to submit a personal profile, called the Admission Information Form (AIF).
Applicants to Software Engineering are also required to have experience developing well-structured, modular programs. Learn more about our required programming experience.
