• This application is for use by University of Waterloo graduate students enrolled in the Waterloo-Laurier graduate joint program in Geography & Environmental Management (all others must complete the Ontario Visiting Graduate Student form)

Instructions:

• Complete and submit the online application.  Confirmation of your submission will be sent to the email you provide on the form
• Submit one form for each course you would like to enrol in
• This request(s) will be forwarded to Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs for approval
• Following approval from Wilfrid Laurier University, course enrolment(s) can be verified by reviewing your unofficial transcript in Quest (transfer credit)
