Returning residence application forms are due on February 8, 2013. There are three ways to apply:

1. Online application form

This form is on a secure server so your personal information will remain confidential.

2. Residence Application Forms for Returning Residents (PDF)

Download this form, fill it out, and return it by mail.

3. Request for an application form

Contact Pam Bartel of Student Services and they will mail you a paper copy of the application form. Fill it out and return it by mail.
