Paul Penner received his BA from University of Waterloo (1983) and completed his Certificate in Business at University of Toronto (1987). He worked for the St. Clair-O'Conner Community as Environmental and Maintenance Services Supervisor and Apartment Rental Coordinator. He came to Conrad Grebel in 1988. His primary responsibility is management of the personnel, program and operational infrastructures of the college.
