How to hire

It's easy to recruit any of our students (co-op, non-co-op, graduating), or alumni. Our simple steps to hiring will guide you through the process.
Hire co-op
You can hire talented co-op students for four months at a time, three times a year. Some programs have eight month work terms. Work terms begin January, May, and September.

Hire graduating students
Hire our graduating students (September - April) or alumni all year round, to work in full-time or contract positions. Waterloo graduates are well educated, experienced, and are willing to tackle any challenge. Visit the steps to hiring graduating students to be guided through the process.
Hire full-time alumni, or non-co-op students for part-time or summer positions
