June 8: Start receiving info about the community you have been assigned to.
 

The following applies to students accepted into Waterloo Residences only:

June 6: Forum Opens

Mid-June: Receive your first eNews 101

Friday, June 17 - Thursday, June 23: Waterloo Residences Preference Form available.

July 6: Residence packages mailed*

July 6: Residence Room assignments available online, and contracts are sent out by email

*Some students may receive their room assignment as late as the end of August. Don't worry! The first year guarantee still applies and you will have a room in residence for fall.

Begins July 11: Student Life 101, runs throughout July and August

July 20: Residence contract due for those who received a room assignment on July 6th

August 3: Fall 2012 – apply now for any vacancies we may have

September: Move in!
