Tutoring in Residence

You're an elite student - what are you doing to up your game?

Attend a free tutoring session to take your academics to the next level. Drop by to get help with a specific question, find a quiet place to study, or just get extra practice.

The Tutoring in Residence program is a collaborative program run by Waterloo Residences and various faculties. Each tutoring centre is staffed by tutors who are upper-year undergraduate or graduate students from the associated faculties.

Interested in becoming a tutor?

Tutors for the tutoring in residence program are hired through the respective course faculties. Prospective applicants are required to have previous tutoring experience, must be in good or excellent academic standing, and must have done well in the courses being tutored (refer to tutoring schedule for tutoring courses offered).

Tutors are hired at the end of each term (i.e. spring 2012 tutors are hired at the end of winter 2012).
