How to get Help
I can't get my Internet to work!
If you aren't able to get your Internet connection to work, and you've already tried the suggestions that we've provided on the Support and Help page, you're going to need some help! Here are the steps you should follow, in order:

Call the ResNet office
You can also contact the ResNet office directly by calling 519-888-4567, ext. 33538. Our technical support specialists will be more than happy to assist you with your problem.
Weekdays - 8:30 am to 8:30 pm
Weekends - 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Ron Eydt Village Front Desk -
Fill out a form at your front desk - After hours and on weekends.
Go to your residence office and fill out a Problem Solving Form. Someone will be in to take a look at your connection as soon as possible (within 48 hours). We will need permission to enter your room if you're not home, so make sure you check that box on the form. You should leave your password under your keyboard in your room so that we have access to your Administrator account. We'll leave you a note to let you know we were there and what we found.

If you haven’t followed the 2 steps above, you will be asked to do so. Our staff are extremely busy and the importance of putting structure in place to handle the volume of calls is essential for us to better serve you.
