How to submit your student performance evaluation
Your student will have the ability to provide their comments after the form is submitted. Alternatively, you may complete the PDF version and e-mail the form to email@example.com or fax to 519-746-4103. Once you have completed your evaluation, please ensure your student has an opportunity to review it with you and respond with their comments.
- Log in to JobMine and select Job list.
- Select the Hiring history tab.
- Select the Evaluation form link next to your co-op student.
- Complete the Evaluation form.
The Job Title and Job Description fields should be filled automatically when you enter this screen. You may edit these fields if you wish. Please complete the entire form. If an Outstanding is selected as the Overall Performance Evaluation, you must also provide comments about why you have awarded the student an Outstanding in the comment box.
You may select the Save button to temporarily save your settings without submitting the evaluation. By selecting the printable version link you may print a copy to discuss with your student before submitting the evaluation.
- Finalize the evaluation.
Select the Submit Evaluation button. After this button is pressed, your student is granted access from their own JobMine account to complete the Student Comments field. Please contact your student once you have submited your evaluation and ensure your student had an opportunity to review the evaluation with you.
If you require a printed version of the evaluation for your records, select the Printable version link.
Contact CECA if you require an evaluation to be modified after you have submitted it.
