Waterloo LEARN down on Tuesday, April 30th and Wednesday, May 1st for Upgrade to Version 10.1

Disruption of Service April 10, 2013 from ~ 5:00 pm until 7:30 pm

Due to infrastructure issues at the D2L hosting site and an issue with the Central Authentication Service (CAS) some userrs experienced system slowness or difficulty connecting to Waterloo LEARN.  The issues have noe been resolved.

The vendor has resolved earlier issues.  We apologize for the inconvenience this disruption has caused.
