Development

Waterloo's School of Pharmacy welcomed its first class of students in January 2008. Its unique co-op program, the only one in Canada, offers students the opportunity to explore multiple facets of a pharmacy career.

There are many ways to support to support Waterloo Pharmacy, including:

  • Undergraduate & Graduate Scholarships - As a newly-established program, Pharmacy is seeking to build a full portfolio of student support. The availability of scholarships, bursaries, and awards is crucial to attracting the best and most well-rounded students to our program.
  • Equipment for Teaching and Research — A brand-new facility demands the latest equipment for teaching and research. Resources will be required to outfit the Professional Practice and Pharmaceutics Laboratories as comprehensively as possible. In addition, new faculty members often require assistance with needed equipment to establish their research programs.
