This schedule is primarily intended as a guide to students. Some dates may be tentative and will be confirmed or modified by announcements in fourth year core classes and/or by memoranda to supervisors, who will pass on the information to their students.

Poster session
will be on April 4th from 3:00-5:00 in the Physics lobby (students should start putting up their posters between 1-2).
Poster boards are of 4 ft x 4 ft size and tucks will be available at the event.
Students, please, consult your supervisors regarding the size, content and organization of your posters. In general, posters should include sections very similar to the ones you used for your presentations: title; authors and affiliations; Introduction or Motivation; Background; Methods; Results; Discussion; Conclusions and Acknowledgements.
There no specific requirements as to the size (as long as it fits the poster board) and style format of the posters. Feel free to chose on your own.
