U.W.P.S. Crime Report– Week of Oct.  30 to Nov. 4, 2013

Arrest in Theft of Cell Phone:

• UWPS officers followed up on an investigation into the theft of a cell phone that occurred on Sept. 8, 2013 in Village 1.
• On Nov. 4 a 19 year old male UW student was located, on campus, in possession of the stolen cell phone.
• This male was arrested and charged with 1 count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
• He was released on an Appearance Notice to attend court in Kitchener on Dec. 13^th, 2013.

• Bikes (4):

o   CEIT – Nov 4^th

o   St. Jerome’s – Between Nov 1^st and 4^th

o   CEIT – Nov 3^rd

o   PHY – Nov 3^rd (Attempt only)

o   E5 – Nov 1^st

• Cell Phones (2):

o   C.I.F. – Nov 4^th

o   PAC – Nov 1^st – from unsecured locker

• Wallet (1):

o   Beck Hall Laundry Room – Nov 3^rd
