Before you leave Waterloo

Once you have completed your exchange program at the University of Waterloo it is important that you settle any outstanding fees before you leave campus. If you have any fees owing on your account, your University of Waterloo transcript will not be issued until the fees are settled. You can verify your finances through Quest.

Transcripts

Your official University of Waterloo transcript will be automatically sent to your home institution approximately 2 months following the end of your study term. Two original copies of the transcript will be issued; one copy to be used by your institution for credit transfer purposes and the other copy to be issued to you. Your home institution's co-ordinator should inform you when the transcripts have arrived.
