Self defense won't end gender-based violence, but it's a skill that can empower you both mentally and physically. Join the founders of Ininja Self Defense, Dave Kvapil and Dheana Ramsay for a one-hour self defense intensive.

Following a very brief chat with Professor Rashmee Singh on gendered violence, this interactive workshop will teach you the simplest, quickest, most effective strategies to respond to potential threats. Topics that will be covered include simple strikes and primary targets, stance and blocking, and basic grab releases.

No RSVP required.
