The UWaterloo 16 Days planning committee
acknowledge that we are on the traditional territory
of the Attawandaron (Neutral), Anishinaabeg, and
Haudenosaunee peoples. The University of
Waterloo is situated on the Haldimand Tract,
the land promised to the Six Nations that includes
ten kilometers on each side of the Grand River.
Students in one of this fall's Theatre and Performance courses, which explores and develops collaborative research and performance practices, are arresting rape culture (ARC). Kicking off the 16 Days UWaterloo campaign, they will share their research findings in a site-specific performance on campus, November 25 (Day 1 of 16 Days).
Fit to Survive - 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Begins in the Hagey Hall Hub and then moves to Parking Lot C, followed by Q and A.
