Create your PCB design using any PCB CAD software and export it as either Gerber or Eagle .BRD file format.

Check if your design/board meets the following design rules:

Minimum trace width 0.44 mm
Minimum trace spacing 0.44 mm
Minimum drill diameter 0.40 mm
Maximum board size 230 x 330 mm

If your design requires smaller trace widths and/or spacing than the minimum specified, please consult with the operator to determine if your board can be manufactured.

Send or Visit

Request a quote by visiting the Rapid Prototyping Centre or e-mailing with all of the exported files.

Please indicate the weight of copper (0.5 oz, 1 oz, or 2 oz) which shall be used and whether or not the board shall require through-hole plating, solder mask and/or silkscreen.

We no longer support full rubout for antennae boards, our machine is not that precise, and this full rubout option often damages it. We can do isolated traces, but not etching/full rubout's.

The quote can be paid for online at retail services using the link provided in the quote sent to your email address. Once the operator has received payment, the operator will begin making the board.

*From January to April 2019 we will be making boards for FREE (restrictions apply). The following PDF lists the criteria and design rules for PCB promotion: FREE PCB Poster

Pick up

Your board(s) shall be ready for pick up at the Rapid Prototyping Centre once you receive an e-mail from the operator. The typical turn-around time for a 2-layer board is 4 business days.
