Academic Integrity Survey

From October 2-12, the University of Waterloo’s Office of Academic Integrity, in collaboration with Dr. Don McCabe of Rutgers University, will be conducting the Academic Integrity Survey. Undergraduate students in second year and beyond, graduate students, instructional staff and faculty are being asked to consider participating in these anonymous web-based surveys. 

Each survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and links will be distributed via email on October 2. If you do not receive the message or have questions, please email aisurvey@uwaterloo.ca.
