In May 2010 Dean's Council agreed unanimously that all newly appointed academic department chairs and school directors will be required to attend an Orientation Session.
In conjunction with the Office of Organizational and Human Development, two in-depth training sessions are offered to all new Chairs/Directors and Associate Chairs and Associate Deans to provide them with the tools they need to succeed in their administrative portfolios.
