Program Timeline Data
Institutional Analysis and Planning (IAP) will supply data for the academic program reviews for most of the undergraduate, graduate and augments tables. The review data will cover the last seven fiscal years (spring/fall/winter), with emphasis on the last several.
Schedule of Cyclical Reviews
The Cyclical Program Review Schedule for graduate and undergraduate academic program reviews based on a seven-year cycle is used at Waterloo. Units are encouraged to undertake combined undergraduate and graduate reviews (i.e., augmented reviews) when possible. However, it is also recognized that accreditation for professional programs often occurs on a five-year cycle. In the latter case, the University of Waterloo schedule of reviews will be modified to allow the program reviews to occur simultaneously with the professional accreditation review.
