AccessAbility Online Brings Changes

NEW: Fall 2016 - AccessAbility Services launches new online system

This system:

  • will improve internal processes considerably by allowing students to make accommodation requests and book their tests/exams online.
  • will generate faculty notification letters and allow instructors to confirm test details electronically.
  • is available 24 hours/day, allowing both faculty and students to access the system when it’s most convenient.
  • will replace the current process of signing hard copy forms which students had to manually return to AccessAbility Services for processing.

Steps for faculty:

  1. You will receive a Faculty Notification Letter by e-mail specifying the name and accommodation needs of the student. Included in the e-mail is a link to the Testing Agreement.
  2. Complete the Testing Agreement on line  (only once per course per semester).

Please note:  The testing agreement must be filled out before the student(s) can be scheduled to write.

For further information, please refer to the Examination Procedures Manual for Instructors.
