Your involvement with AccessAbility Services will not be identified on official university records, academic transcripts or graduation documentation.
Your written consent will be requested for disclosure of information. All registered students are required to complete the Confidentiality & Consent Agreement (PDF) annually.
In order to coordinate and implement academic supports with other university departments and faculties it may be helpful to share information regarding your academic accommodations and learning needs. Discretion and professional judgment will be used in the release and exchange of information.
Students wishing their parents to have access to information must provide our department with written consent.
