Introducing the Office of Advancement Passport. This is your all access pass to all United Way activities, prizes and treats. This passport is available for a suggested purchase price of $15 (or contribute what you can). Please complete the form below to receive instructions on making an e-transfer.
Each destination activity you attend will enter you in a draw to win prizes.

Start your journey off with Janice for a 40 minute flow that focuses on alignment and fun to build strength, improve focus and increase your wellbeing. All abilities welcome! Janice will provide modifications during the flow so that everyone can participate and feel good. You may wish to have a blanket or pillow on hand for this session though it is not required.
About Janice
Janice is a passionate and approachable yoga instructor. She uses her background in yoga, kinesiology (from UW) and respiratory therapy to design flows that are fun, challenging and supportive for all levels. It’s important to Janice that yoga is accessible for all bodies and abilities.
Motivated by her own busy schedule and her passion for effortlessly feeling good, she created Flow and Go Yoga - an online yoga platform that offers live 20 minute classes with replays so you can feel good and carry on with your day. Life can be challenging but we all deserve to feel good and a little bit goes a long way!
When not teaching yoga, Janice enjoys traveling, dark chocolate and time with her family and friends. Due to COVID, this leaves her with mostly dark chocolate!

Learning is a part of the travel experience! Get your virtual suitcases, passports, and sunglasses ready as we journey across the globe with our Advancement-EC1 Travel Trivia: Lunch, Learn, & Laugh! In this informal, fun competition, battle on Kahoot! to see which one of your Advancement colleagues has the greatest knowledge of international travel and culture! The winner with the most points from Travel Trivia will receive a special prize.

Every trip needs a good souvenir! Unleash your inner artist through guided, step by step instructions for drawing your very own masterpiece! Although everyone is given the same instructions, let your imagination and creativity go wild as you create a work of art that may look similar or very different than your Advancement colleague! Let’s have fun and do some art along the way! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Suggested Materials:
• 1 piece of 8.5”x11” paper (standard printer paper or similar)
• Pen or pencil
• Anything else you’d like to use to decorate your book! Suggestions: coloured pens, pencils, crayons, markers, pastels, etc.
