Anthropology Teaching Constraint Form

Please complete the following constraint teaching form to indicate your teaching preferences and add any constraints that may affect your availability to teach.

Please remember that while every effort will be made to accommodate your requests, it may not be possible due to factors beyond departmental control. If a selection cannot be accommodated, we will contact you directly.

Teaching preferences
Daytime teaching window * (required)
Please choose just ONE. The default availability is 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please remember that due to the limited number of time slots available, instructors who wish to use a 1x3hr pattern during the day may not choose the 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. teaching window.
Preferred evening teaching window * (required)
The default is that you are unable to teach after 5:30 p.m.
Back-to-Back courses * (required)
Please choose only ONE option.
By default, all instructors will be given at least one day without teaching. Please select the box below if you do not require a non-teaching day.
Teaching constraints (optional)
If you have any constraints that limit your availability to teach within the provided windows, please indicate below. Please note that all Level 1 constraints (medical/human rights) should be directed to the Chair.
