Client Service Response Priorities

The following Client Service Response Priorities are defined:

Client Service Response Matrix
  Individual Group Campus
Value-added services 1 2 3
Vital Services 2 4 4
Mission Critical Services 3 4 5

The Client Service Heat Map yields 5 levels of response from the highest: mission-critical service (5) with campus wide impact to a Value-added service affecting only an individual (1).

Note: Severity of problem may be adjusted from the assigned rating in the Service depending on the number of individuals or groups affected.
