AHS Fun Run 2013

For over two decades, we've welcomed back our Alumni to join with students,faculty, staff and the community in this run to celebrate active, healthy living. They come in costume, high tech gear, or casual weekend wear with families and strollers in tow!

Each week at 12 noon, a 50-minute lecture is presented by a Waterloo or Wilfrid Laurier university professor.  Pre-registration is not required to participate and there is no charge to attend.

This spring's convocation is particularly exciting as it's the first time that Faculty of Applied Health Sciences (AHS) graduands have their own ceremony vs. hosting convocation in conjunction with our sister faculties.

AHS graduands are invited to a special celebratory breakfast at 8:30 a.m. in B.C. Matthews Hall, with convocation ceremonies beginning in the Physical Activities Complex (PAC) at 10 a.m.

In small groups, you’ll be able to meet and talk with alumni, ask questions, and find jobs that interest you.  After the “speed networking” component, you will have the opportunity to follow up and speak with any of our alumni guests over a bite to eat.
