As we age, our bodies need more nutrients and less energy.  This can be challenging to achieve!

The key: being diet resilient. Despite the many challenges life brings, we must continue to eat well and be active.

Dr. Keller will discuss nutrient needs for healthy aging and provide strategies and resources to help aging adults stay well.
