Test Preparation and Test Anxiety

Do you find yourself panicking the night before an exam? Do you find that forget everything you have studied when you start an exam? This workshop can help you establish a good test taking routine and reduce your test anxiety. We will also discuss how to create a final review and how to cram effectively.
This workshop is a part of a series being offered through weCONNECTu in BMH for all Faculty of Applied Health Sciences students. Workshops will be facilitated by a Peer Success Coach and your AHS weCONNECTu mentors will discuss all topics and how they relate to students in Kinesiology, Recreation and Leisure Studies, Health Studies, and Health Promotion.
