Dean's update - December 2018

Paul Stolee

Colleagues,

The holiday break is almost upon us, and for many, it will mean a welcome pause in our routines and a time to recharge. But before we break, I thought I would let you know that come the new year, we can look forward to seeing the dean's search committee put forward a recommended candidate.

I have greatly valued the opportunity to serve as interim dean, and while I certainly considered putting my name in, I decided not to do so for a variety of personal and professional reasons. Nonetheless, until the new dean takes office, I will continue to serve the Faculty as best I can.

In the meantime, no matter what your holiday break looks like, or what traditions you look forward to, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy, healthy, restful, peaceful time.

Best,
Paul

Paul Stolee, PhD
Professor and Interim Dean
