The Applied Health Sciences Graduate Student Research Conference (GSRC) is an interdisciplinary event that provides a forum for graduate students to highlight the breadth and excellence of their research to students, faculty and other expert colleagues in a classic conference-style format. This annual, one-day event is open to all graduate students and faculty members across the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences.
The AHS GSRC helps to facilitate connections between all disciplines within the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences through topics such as knowledge translation, evidence-based practice, and interprofessional teams.
The overall goal of the conference is to aid in students’ professional development and academic success by providing them the opportunity to network and learn how their research will translate to their work after graduation in either an academic or non-academic setting.
This year's conference took place April 30, 2014. For details, see 2014 Applied Health Sciences Graduate Student Research Conference.
