 With over 30 projects completed and a 90%\nlandfill diversion rate\, her w
 ork spans salvage audits\, hands-on\ndeconstruction\, and the development 
 of local reuse systems that keep\nquality materials in circulation. She al
 so leads Ouroboros Salvage\, a\nregistered charity focused on material rec
 overy and community\nengagement. An interior designer by trade\, Meredith 
 previously served\nas a founding director of the Healthy Materials Library
  at Parsons\nSchool of Design\, working to make material health informatio
 n more\naccessible across the design and construction industries. She brin
 gs\nthat same orientation to her work in Toronto: treating buildings as\nc
 ollections of materials worth understanding\, preserving\, and passing\non
