For one sleepless night on September 29th, Scotiabank Nuit Blanche transforms the city by artists for Toronto's sunset-to-sunrise celebration of contemporary art. One night only. Scotiabank Nuit Blanche brings together the exceptional talents of more than 500 artists and curators, dozens of galleries, museums, cultural and educational institutions and neighbourhoods, volunteers and corporate sponsors and media partners.

Top Down is designed by BRDGlab, a collective of four 3B students: Taylor Davey, Samantha Eby, Stephanie Koltun and Katherine Kovalcik. The installation focuses on the rapidly changing urban landscape of Toronto. Using cardboard tubes and acrylic rods, the installation forms a representative topographic model of the city’s building heights, giving participants a new perspective on their surrounding urban landscape.
