We eagerly await the celebrations of the 40th Anniversary of the Rome Program. It is an honour and a pleasure to have 200 graduates of the program and their family members taking part. Our preparations are almost complete we all look forward to four busy and memorable days.
You will receive a personalized schedule and tickets for each event when you arrive at the Rome Studio. You will also receive a ROMA XL Program with your schedule, outlining all of the important details for each event (time, locations etc.). We have added a visit to the Pantheon on the morning of Saturday, November 2. It will appear on everyone’s personalized schedule, it is a free, optional event and does not require registration, please attend if you are interested.
Please note that we are within the time frame to confirm final guest numbers for many of the venues and tours. Given this, there will be no refunds issued or event changes after October 15th.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is centralized within our Office of Indigenous Relations.
