University of Waterloo to push into Hong Kong with focus on AI

Canada's University of Waterloo has revealed plans to bring its research prowess to Hong Kong, with a focus on artificial intelligence. The university has signed an agreement with HKUST to develop teaching, research and experiential exchanges and is in discussions with industry and government representatives covering its operational AI concept Alpha.
