General administrative questions?

ACO administrative extension is x 84542

  1. May 16, 2018[Isthd] New website: Two-factor authentication

A message from Information Systems & Technology (IST)

IST is pleased to announce the launch of the Two-factor Authentication (2FA) website. Powered by DUO, two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to university accounts. Verifying your identity using a second factor (such as your mobile device) prevents others from accessing your accounts, even if they know your password.

  2. May 9, 2018[Faccus] RESOLVED: Lynda.com currently unavailable

    What is happening?

An issue is preventing users from accessing Lynda.com. After attempting to log in, users are returned with a “Permission denied” message indicating they authenticated, but do not have access to the resource.

IST is investigating. Thank you for your patience.

    Questions or concerns?
