Nexus files and university systems temporarily unavailable December 27

Information & Systems Technology (IST)'s NetApp servers will be temporarily taken offline December 27, 2013 from 9:00AM-9:00PM for maintenance.  Files held in the following Nexus locations will be inaccessible:

  • Department drives (filed)
  • Psychology department N drive (fileu)
  • Undergraduate student drives (files)

Several University of Waterloo systems including Quest, JobMine, myHRinfo, and the LEARN ePortfolio will also be affected during this time.

Network problems in HH 2xx area

A network device on the second floor of Hagey Hall (original building) failed around 11 pm on Friday December 6, 2013. INformation Systems & Technology (IST) staff restored full connectivity to affected areas by 10:15 am Monday December 9.
