What is happening?
Many employees who have logged out of their Nexus accounts may be unable to log in. IST is currently investigating.
There was an issue with the HR data feed which now seems to be resolved. Accounts will unlock over time. For accounts that appear locked, WatIAM administrators should be able to refresh that account to unlock it.
