IT support over the holidays

The university will be closed at the end of day December 23, 2015, reopening on January 4, 2016.

During the holidays, if you notice an outage of the campus network or any major computing facility, you can leave a voice message at 519-888-4357 or submit a request online.

For ACO-managed facilities and services, please send email to acohelp@uwaterloo.ca. We periodically monitor messages coming in to that address and will respond on a best effort basis during our holidays.

Please note only critical requests, such as a network or service outage, will be handled. Normal requests, such as password problems, will be processed in the usual manner once the University re-opens on January 4.
