RESOLVED: Microsoft Office 365 unavailable August 31

RESOLVED: The issue with Microsoft Office 365 has been resolved. IST determined the problem was caused by an external ISP. All Office 365 applications should now be available.

What is happening? Microsoft Office 365 is currently unavailable. IST is currently investigating and have contacted Microsoft. Additional information will be shared when available.

When is this happening? Users started reporting issues around 11:40 a.m.

Who does this impact? Students and staff/faculty are unable to access the Microsoft Office 365 or any of the applications that are included.
