Review of expense claims and research compliance; Sessional contracts for all departments, graduate student teaching and TA’s; Preparation of Postdoctoral Fellow, Visiting Scholar/Researcher appointment letters; Work Placement program coordinator

Financial strategy, long-term planning activities, and internal control; Financial management and collaboration at the university level; Staff leadership, training, development activities and other financial matters

Planning regarding: Human Resources (Policies and Procedures), Financial Resources (Budget), Physical Resources (Space)

Arts' Timetabling Representative, ug data needs for Arts administrators, resource person for academic progression, regulations, admissions.

Financial management and compliance review of research expenditures; Inquiries regarding eligible expense on research grants; Administrative questions regarding research accounts (account number, invoices)

Arts graduate studies marketing and communications.

Faculty-wide communication for research, student experience, advancement/alumni. Liaison with University communication and media teams.

Facilities management, student appeals, health and safety, COVID-19 safety compliance (inspections and operational/research safety plans).

Faculty transfers, Faculty transfer readmissions, Arts International Exchange (Outbound).

Faculty grant programs and application procedures; Academic award and prize nominations (e.g., Royal Society, Trudeau Foundation, Killam, etc.); Faculty member research areas

Liberal Studies academic advising, mature student support/consultation.

Graduate recruitment and marketing; graduate-related communication
